1. Agent Assisted Cancellation (Within 24 hours):
- Domestic: $75
- International: $100
- Business and First Class: $100
2. Cancellation & Refunds (Beyond 24 hours):
Air - Economy:
- Domestic: $75 (w/Future Credit), $150 (w/Refund)
- International: $75 (w/Future Credit), $250 (w/Refund)
Air - Business/First:
- Domestic: $100 (w/Future Credit), $250 (w/Refund)
- International: $100 (w/Future Credit), $250 (w/Refund)
3. Changes to Existing Tickets (Exchange):
- Ticket Value under $1000: Up to $200
- Ticket Value $1000 or more: $200 or 15% of ticket value (whichever is higher)
4. Special Services:
- Air - Economy:
- Agent Assisted Waivers: $75
- Air - Business/First:
- Agent Assisted Waivers: $100
Fees for Agent Assistance Seeking Refund or Future Airline Credit for Listed Reasons:
