- If the airline does not support free cancellation or refund, Traveloagency is not responsible.

Refund Policies:
- No Show' scenarios do not qualify for a refund; boarding or showing up is essential.
- Service fees are non-refundable even if the airline permits cancellation and refund.
- Refund responsibilities lie with the airlines; the process may take up to 90 days.
- If the policy allows, cancellation and refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the booking.
